Coastal Quang Ngai - A Community by HAUS establishes a new paradigm for landscape-led development in Vietnam, where ecological systems, public life, and spatial identity are driven primarily by landscape planning rather than architecture. Spanning over 56.5 hectares of integrated blue-green infrastructure (60% total square), the project transforms a coastal site into an estuarine ecosystem that combines mangrove restoration, biodiversity corridors, and multi-generational public space.

Designed by SHMA Design and 100architects, the masterplan positions landscape as the primary framework organizing movement, social interaction, and environmental performance. Rather than functioning as residual space, the landscape operates as a continuous public realm connecting waterfronts, residential zones, ecological habitats, and community destinations.

The project integrates forest trails, river promenades, urban beach experiences, botanical gardens, and immersive playscapes into a cohesive system that supports both daily life and long-term ecological resilience. Through this approach, Coastal Quang Ngai - A Community by HAUS redefines landscape planning as both infrastructure and experience, setting a new benchmark for coastal community development in Southeast Asia.
